All Felicity Gift orders are carefully prepared and packaged by hand.

During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.  
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on location and carrier, but most orders arrive within
2–5 business days after shipment.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by factors
outside of our control, including carrier delays or weather conditions.

Gift Box Contents

In rare cases, specific items may be substituted due to availability.
Any substitutions will always match the original color palette, theme, value and overall
aesthetic of the selected gift box.
